Border Grill is celebrating the Day of the Dead with specialty appetizers, entrees and desserts for both lunch and dinner.
In honor of Dia de Los Muertos, dishes such as Pozole, a pork stew with hominy, cabbage and red chile broth, Vampiro tacos with a crispy corn tortilla, chorizo, shrimp, spicy cabbage slaw, rice and beans and Red Yam Flan with caramel sauce and candied red chiles will be available.
Walk past guest elevators to the casino floor and follow pathway on left-hand side. Continue straight on cobblestone walkway and proceed along pathway that oversees the beach. Border Grill will be on the left side.
