The Orla Wine Series is a new collection of monthly chef-driven wine dinners designed to celebrate some of the world's most renowned wineries through exceptional drinks, thoughtfully curated menus and immersive storytelling. The inaugural evening, Mediterranean Harvest, presented in partnership with Novel Wines, invites guests on a journey through the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean with a refined multi-course menu created by Executive Chef Paola Sosa. More than a wine dinner, Mediterranean Harvest marks the beginning of what promises to become one of Las Vegas' premier culinary traditions, connecting guests to remarkable cuisines and unforgettable experiences with more date to come.

With more than 1,600 labels, the list focuses on wineries from throughout the Mediterranean region including Lebanon, Santorini, Croatia, Sicily and Corsica, and features vintages dating back to as early as the 1940s. An inventive bar program that explores a variety of tantalizing flavor profiles, including citrus, herbs and spices, can be enjoyed with dinner or at the bar.
